Abstract Submission Guidelines

Participants are invited to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
Corresponding authors of accepted abstracts will receive notification via email.

Please submit your abstract using the online Registration and Abstract Submission Form.

Please name your abstract file using your First and Last name (e.g., FirstName_LastName). If submitting two abstracts, add “1” or “2” to the end of each file name.

How to Format Your Abstract

The page size should be set to A4 (portrait orientation). Margins should be 2.5 cm from the top, bottom, left, and right. No paragraph indents or footnotes should be added. Times New Roman font should be used throughout the document.

The text should be formatted with 1.15-line spacing and justified alignment. The length of the abstract body text (excluding the title, authors, affiliations, etc.) should not exceed 300 words. Figures and tables are not accepted.

Title

(use “Title” style)

The title should be written in bold, 16-point, all-capital letters.

Abstract body text

(use “Body Text” style)

The abstract text should be written in regular, 12-point font and should follow the structure below:
– introduction, aim, methodology, results, conclusions.
References are not required in the abstract.

Authors

(use “Authors” style)

Authors’ names should be written in bold, 14-point font, using their full first and last names. Superscript numbers should be used to associate authors with their affiliations.

Affiliations

(use “Affiliations” style)

Affiliations should be written in regular, 12-point font. Each affiliation should begin with its index number in subscript. Please provide the name of each author’s institution. If there is more than one affiliation, list each on a separate line.

Corresponding author

(use “Normal” style)

Please provide the name and email address of the corresponding author.

Keywords

(use “Keywords” style)

Keywords should be written in italic, 12-point font. Provide up to five keywords or phrases.
